Gulfport teen robbery suspect arrested after returning to scene to get wallet
SUMMARY: An 18-year-old from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, identified as Amare Armon Sullivan, broke into a home and then returned to the crime scene later to recover his wallet, which contained his ID card. Police officers responded to a burglary report in the 2400 block of 31st Street in Gulfport just after midday. After over an hour, Sullivan reappeared at the premises and, upon police arrival, tried to escape by jumping out of a second-story window but was apprehended. Charged with burglary, Sullivan is detained at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center, with a bond set at $25,000.
