Man arrested after stabbing woman 50 times in Gulfport home

Pearl woman dead after tree falls on her during Thursday’s storms

Investigation launched into triple homicide at Ridgeland home
SUMMARY: Three people were found dead from gunshot wounds in a Madison County home in Ridgeland over the weekend. Around 3:30 p.m., the Ridgeland Police Department was alerted to the incident on Old Canton Road, where they discovered the victims aged 42, 56, and 76. No arrests have been made, and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is assisting with the case. This comes shortly after an unrelated triple homicide in Jackson where Jimal Tarvin, aged 27, was arrested for the murders of Travis Burrell, Jamie Hoard, and Nicole Garrett, for which he was also wanted for shooting into an occupied vehicle.
