Tunnel to Towers 5K and Climb
SUMMARY: The Tunnels to Towers Foundation 5K and run and climb event will take place tomorrow at 5pm at Margaritaville in Biloxi. Registration ends tomorrow at 8pm, with adult registration at $40 for both the run and climb, $30 for just the run or climb, $20 for teens aged 13-17, and $10 for children aged 12 and under. On the day of the event, registration increases by $15. The event aims to honor those who lost their lives on September 11th and support First Responders and the Military. The climb will cover 110 floors, symbolizing the World Trade Center, and participants will walk the 22 floors of Margaritaville five times. The stairwell will be locked at 8:15pm.

Warm, humid and windy this weekend

Bay Harvest Bakery shares a slice of fresh bread on Good Morning Mississippi
SUMMARY: Alex Lacy, from Bay Harvest Bakery in Bay St Louis, brought a plethora of freshly baked goods for a morning segment. He shared that the bakery originated from the closure of another bakery, with support from the former crew. Lacy sampled sourdough bread and Irish soda bread with marmalade, along with cookies, pastries, and gourmet cakes available at the bakery. He mentioned that they also do custom orders. Lacy shared his personal story of meeting his wife in a bar in New Orleans, leading to their happy life in Bay St Louis. The segment ended with a commercial break, teasing more bakery delights to come.
