Biloxi Shuckers ballpark officially renamed Keesler Federal Park
SUMMARY: The Biloxi Shuckers' home stadium has been officially renamed Keesler Federal Park after Keesler Federal Credit Union secured the naming rights with a $150,000 per year offer for five years, which was $25,000 more than Biloxi's target. Keesler's bid was notably higher than Shuckers Baseball, LLC's $90,000 yearly proposal for a decade. As Mississippi Braves plan to relocate post-season, the Shuckers will become Mississippi's only minor league team. Keesler will benefit from prominent signage at the stadium entrances and atop the scoreboard early in the 2024 MiLB season. (Photo courtesy of the MiLB).
