Taylor’s 5 PM Tuesday First Alert Forecast
SUMMARY: Humidity levels are dropping, with readings around 65 and seeing a further drop as cool air settles in overnight. We're noticing a significant change at the airport where the temperatures have fallen from the seventies earlier today to the low sixties now. Places like Perkinston are still reporting mid-sixties, but these are not expected to last as the night progresses. Cooler air is continuing to move in, leading to temperatures in the mid-fifties by midnight and even upper forties by tomorrow morning. The cloud cover is persistent over South Mississippi, suggesting a missed sunset earlier today. The forecast for Thanksgiving indicates chillier weather, with highs only in the low sixties, and a few isolated showers might occur, but they are expected to be very light. Looking ahead to the weekend, temperatures may peak in the upper sixties by Sunday before another cool down arrives early next week.
