The Women Who Care of East Mississippi hosts a check presentation

SUMMARY: On Friday, the 100 Women Who Care from East Mississippi held a check presentation, awarding a $5,000 grant to Hope Village for Children and Creature Comforts and Wesley House. The Impact Award winner, Terri Province, expressed excitement and shared plans for using the award. The community voted for the winners, making it extra special. They are now preparing to start a human trafficking shelter for young ladies, which will greatly benefit the community. This initiative will provide a jump start to addressing the issue of human trafficking in the area.

A $5,000 check for the Impact Award winner was presented to Hope Village for Children, as Creature Comforts and the Wesley House received a $500 grant.
