How gas prices have changed in Mississippi in the last week
SUMMARY: Gas prices in the United States have remained steady, but experts predict that prices may start to rise again soon. The increased costs of oil have offset lower demand for gasoline following the Fourth of July holiday weekend. In the last week, Florida, Indiana, and Colorado have seen the largest increases in gas prices, with an average rise of around 10 cents per gallon. Currently, the average gas price in Mississippi is $3.00 per gallon, with a 1.2% increase from the previous week. Mississippi has the lowest gas prices in the country, while Washington, California, and Hawaii have the highest prices.
