SUMMARY: Severe storms are expected on Friday afternoon and evening, with high temperatures in the mid-90s before the storms arrive. The main severe weather threat will be heavy rain and damaging wind gusts. The storms will move through northern Mississippi and into Alabama by 6 pm. Showers and storms will continue on Saturday morning, mainly in southern , but will end by early afternoon. Skies will clear up, and temperatures will be cooler in the mid-80s. Sunday will have low humidity, sunshine, and a high near 90. Next will have dry weather and lots of sunshine, with temperatures in the low 90s.
