Madison County manhunt underway for Hinds County escapee
SUMMARY: A manhunt is underway in Madison County for a Hinds County escapee. Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones said a stolen black Honda connected to Spring was spotted by officers. Spring, along with Michael Lewis, escaped from the Hinds County Detention Center. The two detainees went into the ceiling and got out of the building through an airduct and later went over the jail's fence in order to escape.

House Speaker Mike Johnson appears at Mississippi event
