Street closings begin May 3

Alabama man killed in Hinds County crash
SUMMARY: An Alabama man, Curicous Palmer, was killed in a crash in Hinds County on U.S. 80 near Jones Road on April 28, just after 5:00 p.m. Palmer was driving a 2017 Ford Focus when he ran off the road and hit a tree, causing him to be ejected from the vehicle. One killed, three injured in Utica club shooting
