Tribute service set for former First lady Rosalynn Carter
SUMMARY: A tribute service is set to take place on Tuesday at Emory University in Atlanta to honor the life of former first lady Rosalynn Carter, who passed away at the age of 96. Former President Jimmy Carter, in hospice care, will attend the service. President Joe Biden, first lady Jill Biden, and all living former first ladies are also expected to attend. Monday marked the beginning of three days of tribute for Carter, including a wreath-laying ceremony at her alma mater and lying in repose at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Center. Carter will be laid to rest on Wednesday in her hometown of Plains, Georgia.
