Chaffee was charged with sexual battery of a child under 14, gratification of lust, kidnapping, child pornography, and child exploitation. The arrest followed a sexual assault investigation involving several juveniles. Chaffee was booked into the Rankin County Jail and police expect more charges as the investigation continues.

Each child had $350 to spend at Walmart with an officer to select gifts for themselves and their family members.
