Senatobia daycare director accused of assaulting children

SUMMARY: Amye Durham, the director of Peek-A-Boo Playschool in Senatobia, Mississippi, was for allegedly assaulting two at the daycare. The arrest followed a complaint to the Mississippi Department of of Child Care Licensure and subsequent investigation by and Senatobia . Durham is facing two counts of simple assault and was held on a $1,000 bond. Authorities are continuing the investigation and seeking information on any prior incidents involving the daycare, which scrutiny in 2017 after a child was left in a park.
