MHP arrests suspects after chase into Warren County
SUMMARY: Several individuals have been arrested after a stolen vehicle chase that began in Clinton, Mississippi and ended in Warren County. Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP) located a stolen 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat and a Chevrolet Silverado, which was reportedly used in the theft. The Silverado occupants were arrested without incident in Clinton, while the Challenger fled and eventually crashed into two 18-wheelers in Warren County. No injuries were reported. The driver of the Challenger was apprehended without incident and all suspects were taken to the Clinton Police Department. The MHP is currently investigating the incident.

Man shot, killed at Jackson gas station
SUMMARY: One man, Joshua Bennet, was killed in a shooting at a Jackson gas station. The incident occurred at a Shell gas station on West Northside Drive on May 17. An 18-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting, but has not been identified. Detective Tommie Brown confirmed the arrest. The Jackson Police Department and Crime Stoppers are seeking additional information from the public regarding the incident.
