Man arrested for aiding and abetting missing inmate
SUMMARY: A man has been charged with aiding and abetting an inmate who escaped from the Raymond Detention Center over the weekend. Michael Lynn Allen, 45, was taken into custody as the search for Joseph Spring continues. Spring, 31, was discovered missing alongside Michael Lewis during Monday's headcount. Lewis has since been captured, but Spring's location remains unknown.
