Local entrepreneur and cancer survivor gives back to those who need it

He first partnered with a pawn owner to give toys to kids in need three years ago. Rushing and his team raise funds to for the children, creating immeasurable joy on Christmas morning. Together with the hospital staff, they create a Santa's Workshop room where children can choose their toys. Rushing wants these kids to know they are not alone and can get through their illness. He says it brings him great joy to see the smiles on the children's faces on Christmas morning.
