Man in Carroll County allegedly tries to scam residents

Winona man dies after two-vehicle crash in Noxubee County

SUMMARY: A tragic two-vehicle crash occurred on Monday morning in Noxubee County, Mississippi. The responded to the at approximately 8:40 a.m. on Highway 45 Alternate, where a 2016 Toyota Highlander, driven by 33-year-old Andrew Keith Ryals of Winona, collided with the rear of an industrial forklift. Sadly, Ryals died at the scene due to his injuries, while the forklift driver was uninjured. The accident is currently under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
