Camp Rising Sun featured fundraiser with motorcycle ride tribute

SUMMARY: and friends of Tammy Prescott organized a motorcycle ride to raise money for “Camp Rising Sun,” an annual summer camp for with cancer. Despite less participation than expected due to weather, the ride raised $1,500. Prescott was a dedicated supporter and volunteer for the camp before passing away from cancer in 2019. Lane Myers, a former camper and current board member, emphasized the importance of the camp in providing -changing experiences for children battling cancer. The funds raised will ensure that the camp continues to fun and memorable experiences for its campers.
