New year, new fitness goals
SUMMARY: Every new year brings a wave of new fitness resolutions, leading to an influx of new gym members. Last year, 117 new members joined in January, and 40 have already joined this year. However, many newcomers tend to drop off by April or March due to not seeing quick results. To combat this, it's important to find your own motivation for working out, rather than purely focusing on aesthetics. It's also important to start off slow and do exercises you enjoy, rather than pushing yourself too hard. The goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the year. The Anderson Health and Fitness Center aims to help people achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier life in 2024.

It is important for families to educate themselves on how to manage peanut allergies, including carrying an epinephrine auto-injector and being vigilant about food choices.
