Lauderdale County School District holds flag ceremony

SUMMARY: 45-year-old Javier Rossata of Pennington, Alabama died from injuries in a crash after a tree. A ceremony took place outside the Lauderdale County School District headquarters, where JROTC were able to properly take down the flag and pass it along to the Stronger Together Foundation. In return, they received a new flag to hang up. Woodman sponsored the Stronger Together Trail of Honor to ensure that flags all across the community are kept in beautiful for people to see the pride in their community. The previous flag was properly taken care of by the Stronger Together Foundation.

The ceremony took place at the Lauderdale County Schools Headquarters on Hwy 39, as the Northeast High School JROTC students conducted the entire ceremony.
