Yokohama Tire Manufacturing prepares leaders of tomorrow

Out of over 300 applicants, 35 students were accepted into the program, which aims to increase talented innovators through hands-on experiences. The Vice President of Operations and General at Yokohama, Philip Calhoun, emphasized that Mississippi offers good job opportunities and high wages, contrary to the common perception of “brain drain.” Participants in the program praised the experience, citing the valuable knowledge gained about the manufacturing , the friendly atmosphere, and the competitive pay.
