SUMMARY: Kaylan Owens, 22, pled guilty to second-degree murder and accessory after the fact in connection to two separate homicides in Jackson. She participated in an armed carjacking that resulted in the death of Terrell Jenkins and was charged with accessory after the fact to the murder of 12-year-old Markell Noah.
