VIDEO: Booneville man arrested for assault and burglarizing a church

He allegedly beat a resident with a baseball bat, causing serious injuries that required multiple surgeries. He is also accused of assaulting victims with a blunt instrument on South Lake Street the night before. Police Chief Michael Ry expressed his disdain for these crimes, stating that robbing a church is “about as far as you can go.” Thomas is currently in jail on a $75,000 bond and his case will be presented to the Prince County grand jury.

Man accused of three killings arrested
