Search underway for MS inmate who had to ‘go’ during transport
SUMMARY: A Mississippi inmate named Kurtis Elkins escaped while being transported from Benton County to Marshall County. Elkins asked for a bathroom break, and when the corrections officer pulled over, he ran off.
