Graduates expressed growth, respect, and appreciation for the program, emphasizing its transformative impact. Following graduation, cadets will participate in a year-long post-residency program to support their transition to further education or employment. Since its inception in 1994, over 11,300 cadets have graduated, with the 61st class set to begin on July 9th.
