SUMMARY: Weather conditions in Columbus, Mississippi for the coming will be mostly clear and calm. However, mornings will be cold with temperatures falling below freezing for several days. Changes how law enforcement handles mental illness

The states that individuals awaiting civil commitment can only be held for 48 hours unless facing criminal charges.
