Cars for a Cure
SUMMARY: On Thursday, candidates for governor are scheduled to speak. Meanwhile, the Metro Corvette Club of Mississippi held its second annual car show, called Cars for a Cure, at the Mississippi State Fairgrounds to raise money for the American Cancer Society. The event featured food vendors along with a lineup of cars competing in the show. Participants paid a $30 entry fee to showcase their vehicles, and the organizers are hoping to see the show continue to grow. The Corvette Club is inviting people to attend the event.
