Carlee Russell is found after 48 hours of searching
SUMMARY: Carlethia Nicole Russell, also known as Carlee, went missing in Birmingham after stopping to check on a child she saw walking on the side of Interstate 459. She called 911 and a family member, but when the police arrived, they found her car and cell phone but couldn't find her or the child. After 48 hours of searching, Russell was located. She returned home and was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. It is still unclear where she was during the two days she was missing.
