Biloxi man arrested after five-hour standoff
SUMMARY: Biloxi man Joshua Ivan Crawford was arrested after a five-hour standoff following a domestic altercation on December 31, 2023. He was charged with aggravated domestic assault, possession of prohibited weapons, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Bond was denied for the assault charge due to Crawford being out on felony bond at the time of the incident. He was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. Police dispatched to Woodland Hills Drive after a report of domestic-related altercation. Crawford barricaded himself inside before eventually surrendering. He was arrested without incident on January 1, 2024.
