2024 NFL draft recap for Mississippi State and Ole Miss
SUMMARY: Neither Mississippi State nor Ole Miss football had a player drafted in the first two days of the NFL draft, but both schools had three players drafted on the final day. Mississippi State cornerback Decamerion Richardson was the first player off the board, selected by the Las Vegas Raiders. Ole Miss cornerback Deantre Prince and Bulldogs defensive tackle Jaden Crumedy were drafted in the fifth round. Bulldogs' Nathaniel “Bookie” Watson was drafted by the Cleveland Browns, and Ole Miss safety Daijahn Anthony was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals, reuniting with Cedric Johnson. Last season's Chucky Mullins award winner, Cedric Johnson, was also drafted by the Bengals.

Robbery at Littlewoods Mall in Columbus shocks store owners
