These tests, which involved running the engine at power levels up to 113%, are crucial for certifying new RS-25 engines made by Aerojet Rocketdyne for use in the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket starting with Artemis V. The next phase includes installing a new certification nozzle for further testing.
