More witnesses take the stand in Beth Ann White retrial
SUMMARY: Day three of the retrial for a deadly crash in Hinds County saw more witnesses called to the stand, including Dr. James Schifflet, a pediatric neurosurgeon who treated two children involved in the crash. Khloe and Chelsea Conway were brought to the ER after Beth Ann White allegedly caused the wreck by drinking and driving. Both children suffered severe brain and neck injuries, requiring surgery to replace plates and screws in their backs and necks. They also needed brain monitors to monitor pressure inside their heads. Late-game rally lifts Southern Miss past UNO, 5-4
