Trial date set for men accused of shooting at FedEx driver
SUMMARY: A trial date has been set for a father and son accused of attempting to murder a former FedEx driver in Mississippi. Gregory Case and Brandon Case will go to trial on August 15, 2023. The two men were arrested after allegedly firing shots at the driver, D'Monterrio Gibson, who was delivering a package at the time. Gregory Case used his truck to try to block the FedEx vehicle, and the two men chased the truck while firing shots. Gibson later filed a $5 million lawsuit against the City of Brookhaven, alleging delayed investigation and arrest.
