Ole Miss women’s basketball falls at No. 1 South Carolina

Lee County Coroner asks for public’s help identifying body found
SUMMARY: The Lee County Coroner's office in Mississippi is seeking public assistance to identify a decomposed female body found on May 12 near Magazine Street in Tupelo. Coroner Carolyn Green described the body as that of a “very petite female.” The remains are currently undergoing autopsy and DNA extraction at the medical examiner's office. Tornado touches down without warning from N.W.S.
SUMMARY: Residents in Monroe County, Miss., experienced an unexpected tornado early this morning without any warning from the National Weather Service (NWS). Ms. Betty awoke to shattering glass from intense winds hitting her bedroom window. Despite evident tornado damage along Pickle Road, no tornado warning was issued, leaving residents puzzled. Chief Meteorologist Issac Williams spotted tornadic debris around 4:40 am and questioned the NWS, which initially dismissed the evidence but agreed to review the radar data. Ms. Betty's family helped clear debris, with her yard being the most impacted, although she and her dog remained unharmed.

Suspect arrested for death of missing Jackson man
SUMMARY: Tanorri Moore has been arrested in connection to the death of Larry Reynolds in Jackson, Mississippi. Detective Tommie Brown reported that officers responded to a missing person call on May 24 on Campbell Street, where Reynolds was last seen. An arrest warrant for Moore was obtained after interviewing witnesses, but Reynolds' body remains undiscovered. Previously, Arlean Stubbs and Etta Epps were arrested, charged with accessory after the fact of murder and tampering with physical evidence.
