SUMMARY: Meridian Community College recently held an orientation for potential and incoming students, with a focus on the Honors College and other honors programs. The annual school field trip gave students the opportunity to understand the roles that businesses play in their community. They visited various establishments to gain insights into different jobs and the importance of each business in the area. The tour allowed the students to connect classroom learning to real-world experiences and explore the diverse career opportunities available in their community.
