Louisiana man accused of killing Greyhound bus passenger in Mississippi
SUMMARY: A man from Louisiana has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing another passenger on a Greyhound bus in Mississippi. The incident occurred on Interstate 10 in Jackson County, with 26-year-old Rashad Price shooting 25-year-old Jay Jackson. Price then asked the driver to stop so he could exit the bus, and was later arrested by Jackson County deputies. Price has been charged with homicide and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is investigating the incident. No other passengers were injured in the shooting.

CPD makes Aggravated Domestic Violence arrest
SUMMARY: On April 27th, Columbus Police responded to a gunshot victim in the 800 block of North Lehmberg. Courtney Stewart Wiggly was arrested for shooting her husband, Daryl Wiggly, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was flown to Jackson for treatment. Courtney is in custody at Lowndes County Adult Detention Center awaiting her Initial Appearance. The incident is being investigated as aggravated domestic violence.
