Are the new parking meters confusing?

Stokes received numerous complaints about parking tickets despite correct meter use. He proposes a 90-day grace period to educate people on using the meters properly. Stokes stated, “Instead of giving citizens tickets they do not deserve, we need a 90-day grace period to educate them on meter usage.”

Long-time Jackson Church moving to Ridgeland
