Hosemann, McDaniel trade blows at Neshoba County Fair
SUMMARY: Candidates for attorney general and lieutenant governor engaged in heated exchanges at the Neshoba County Fair in Mississippi. State Sen. Chris McDaniel attempted to challenge incumbent Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann to a debate, criticizing Hosemann's record and alleging he is not a true conservative. Hosemann responded by claiming that McDaniel was appointing Democrats to powerful positions. The incumbent lieutenant governor also refuted McDaniel's claim that he was the vice president of an abortion clinic, stating that he only represented them in tax matters years ago. More confrontations are expected at the fair on Thursday.

Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott emphasizes the importance of knowing one's limitations when drinking, especially during events like Cinco de Mayo. He urges people to have a designated driver, watch out for friends, or call a cab to prevent accidents and DUIs.
