Harrison County Board of Supervisors discuss email sent without authorization

SUMMARY: A Board of Supervisors meeting became heated over an investigation into County Supervisor, Kent Jones. Board Attorney Tim Holleman had sent an email to a bond company regarding Jones' liability bond, a demand from the auditor's office for repayment of thousands of dollars used to convert a youth field press box into an apartment. This led to the bond company revoking Jones' bond. Board members were unhappy with Holleman's email, as it had been sent without their approval.
