Fugitive returned to Mississippi Delta after 13 years on the run
SUMMARY: Kelvin “Buck” Perry, a fugitive from the Mississippi Delta, has been apprehended after 13 years on the run. He was arrested in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 28 and returned to Mississippi on Wednesday. Perry was on bond for drug charges when he fled prior to his court appearance in November 2010. In his absence, he was tried, convicted, and sentenced to 78 years in prison by a Mississippi court. His recapture involved efforts by Carroll County Sheriff Clint Walker and the U.S. Marshals.
