Fire reignites in downtown Jackson
SUMMARY: A building fire that rekindled the next morning caused neighboring businesses to fear for their own buildings. The fire investigator believes the fire started back up due to high wind speeds. Quality Printing, located next door, was concerned about the fire spreading and the impact on their business. The Iron Horse Grill, across the street, was also worried about the fire spreading as their building had burned down twice in the past. Both businesses are still operating, but the destruction will impact their business, as Pearl Street is still blocked off with debris. They plan to work with the city to clean up and continue business as usual.
