Dead body found floating on Jackson County beach, officials investigating as homicide
SUMMARY: The body of an unidentified man was found floating in the water at Belle Fontaine Beach near the St. Andrews community in Jackson County. A boater discovered the body about three-quarters of a mile offshore. The man has unique tattoos including one on his chest that says “Sticks,” a “TE” tattoo on his left arm, and a blue “V” on his left thigh. He was last seen wearing a blue “Evening in Paris” t-shirt, khaki shorts, a brown belt, and blue and white Under Armour shoes. The case is being treated as a homicide and authorities are asking for any information or identification of the man.
