One in custody, one shot following shooting in Winona
SUMMARY: Breaking news: Law enforcement is responding to a shooting on Sterling Avenue in Wiona. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department, Wiona police, and Carroll County Sheriff's Department are on the scene. Montgomery County Sheriff Jeff Topkins confirmed one person was shot; their condition is not being disclosed. Another suspect is in custody. The surrounding area is currently closed to traffic. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
Several law enforcement agencies are at the scene of a shooting in Winona.

5 injured in Interstate 59 rollover, including 4 children
SUMMARY: In Jones County, officials reported that multiple fire departments responded to a crash on I-59 between Ellisville and Mosel just before 5:30. A vehicle rolled over, stopping in the right-hand southbound lane. Traffic was reduced to one lane for about 30 to 90 minutes. All injuries were minor to moderate.

JCSD: Jones County woman involved in Friday morning accident remains missing
SUMMARY: The Jones County Sheriff's Department reports that Samantha Maowen may be injured following a crash around 1:00 AM Friday on Victory Road near Highway 184. Maowen reportedly hit a power pole with her vehicle and left the scene. Security footage showed her wearing a lime green shirt, black and white shorts, and a hoodie. Authorities are continuing their search efforts, including ground and aerial searches, in areas previously inaccessible. The department urges anyone with information on Maowen's whereabouts to contact them or Jones County Crime Stoppers.
