Coast schools create thank you cards for first responders
SUMMARY: Schools across the Mississippi Gulf Coast are honoring the men and women who serve our community by decorating cards for first responders and organizing a tribute for September 11th. Thousands of personalized cards have been collected, and students from North Wall Market Elementary and Middle School, as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast Christian Collegiate Academy, are participating in the effort. Organizers believe that making personalized cards is more special and meaningful than buying something, as it comes from the heart. The initiative aims to show appreciation for the hard work done by first responders and to honor the country.
