Bond revoked for Florence man accused of St. Paddy’s Day shooting
SUMMARY: A Hinds County judge revoked the bond for Jordan Kyle Cummins, 27, accused of first-degree murder in the St. Patrick's Day Parade double homicide. Cummins had fatally shot Joshua Spann and Auden Jubilee Simpkins after they intervened in a domestic dispute. A video emerged showing Cummins boasting about the killings while in jail. Originally claiming self-defense, Cummins was arrested again for assault and bond violations. He had contacted co-defendant Jenny Lukens, also implicated in the case, breaking curfew conditions. The judge's decision followed the District Attorney's push for bond revocation due to these violations.
