Parents of 13-year-old shooting suspect charged in Mississippi

Lashaner Marshall is charged with contributing to the neglect or delinquency of a minor, while Gill Marshall Sr. is charged with the same, as well as with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The incident occurred at Amber Cove in Lyon, Mississippi, where deputies found a 13-year-old shot once in the upper torso while playing with a handgun.
