Jackson State gets 14- seed in NCAA women's tournament
SUMMARY: The Jackson State women's basketball team returned to the tournament after a one-year break and secured a 14 seed, earning a first-round bye to the round of 64. Macon murder suspect arrested again in Starkville
SUMMARY: Maxi Chandler, a murder suspect in Starkville, faced new charges related to a domestic disturbance. Columbus citizens voting Tuesday on school bond issue
SUMMARY: Columbus residents are voting on a $36 million bond issue for the Columbus Municipal School district, which would go towards repairs and safety upgrades in school buildings.
