Ole Miss, MSU schedule release

SUMMARY: The SEC will undergo several changes next season, including no conference division and two more conference teams. Ole Miss will start with light home games against Furman and Middle Tennessee, followed by a challenging road game against Wake Forest and finishing with Georgia Southern. In SEC play, Ole Miss opens at home against Kentucky, then has a road trip at South Carolina and LSU. The Rebels also have conference newbie Oklahoma and finish the season with games at Arkansas, Georgia, and Gainesville before the Egg Bowl on November 30th. Mississippi State will start at home against Eastern Kentucky and have early conference games against Florida and UT.

SUMMARY: Graduation season is here, a special day for students celebrating their hard work and achievement. WTV Jake White reported live from the ICC campus in Tupelo, where the energy was incredible. Graduates expressed happiness at finally walking across the stage after years of hard work. The event was packed with new grads and their loved ones at the Davis Event Center. Some graduates shared their feelings of accomplishment and gratitude towards their teachers and peers. State House speaker Jason White also congratulated the graduates. Overall, it was a day of celebration and pride for all the college graduates.

Students from the Itawamba Community College graduated on Friday.

SUMMARY: Over 200 third graders from New Albany Elementary and East Union Attendance Center in Union County went on a downtown tour to visit local businesses and learn about different occupations. The annual school field trip gave students the opportunity to understand the roles that businesses play in their community.
