These Resilient Food (RFSI) Program grants expansion and modernization in processing, aggregation, distribution, and infrastructure. Eligible entities include agricultural producers and processors, schools, universities, hospitals, nonprofits, for-profits, and bodies. Exclusions apply to certain products like tobacco and animal feed. Infrastructure Grants range from $100,000 to $3,000,000, requiring a 50% match; a reduced 25% match for underserved and disadvantaged groups. Equipment Grants range from $10,000 to $100,000 with no match necessary. Applications are due by March 15 at 5 p.m. CT.
