SUMMARY: Meteorologist Jim Cantore reports from Oxford, Mississippi, on a sleet storm with temperatures at 14 degrees, possibly reaching 20 for an hour. The sleet has accumulated, but it's better than freezing rain. Cold temperatures are expected across Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, and Northwest Georgia, causing icy conditions. The storm has already produced more snow in Memphis than in New York City, Philly, and Baltimore combined. The cold weather will persist, with another potential for ice and snow in the South on Thursday. Winter has arrived in a big way.
